以往的研究表明，在创业过程中有工作经历的人居多，但是选择创新型创业路径的人却不多，更多的创业者倾向于选择模仿型创业，对经济增长和就业带动的贡献十分有限。
Previous findings demonstrated that in the course of entrepreneurship people who have work experience were in the dominant , but very few people chose the innovative entrepreneurial path and more people chose the imitative entrepreneurial path , which have very limited contributions to economic and employment growth .
