Objective To develop a new radiochemistry method to assay the secretory phospholipase A 2 ( sPLA 2 ) and cytosolic phospholipase A 2 ( cPLA 2 ) with a same substrate .

目的建立一种用同一底物检测分泌型磷脂酶A2（sPLA2）和胞浆型磷脂酶A2（cPLA2）的放射化学方法。

Conclusion cPLA 2 plays a key role in ischemia brain injury , Caspase 3 may hydrolyze cPLA 2 in this process , and can adjust its activation . They were involved in injury of nerve cell of hippocampus together .

结论大鼠脑缺血再灌后后，cPLA2在损伤过程中起到非常重要的作用，同时Caspase3水解cPLA2，对cPLA2酶活性起到调节作用，它们共同参与海马区神经元的损伤。
