Therefore the author via the Dong Liao part of the village survey found the problem . Jilin Province should tilt towards them and enlarge coverage . Government lead role in smooth flow of the sources of funding to improve the standards of treatment .

根据东辽县1983、1998年两次森林资源二类调查资料，对森林面积、森林蓄积量、树种结构、龄组构成以及生态、经济效益等进行了分析，提出了新的建议。

The changes of forest-land area , forest growing stock , species composition , age structure and the ecological and economic efficiency of fores were analyzed by means of the contrast of forest survey in 1983 and 1998 . Some suggestions were put forward .
