The Credit Environment Construction of Hexi Leading District in Changsha

为评价长沙市大河西先导区房地产行业绿色营销绩效，本研究设计了新颖的调查问卷，从社会导向、公众效果和服务水准三方面提出了23项房地产绿色营销绩效评价指标。

In order to evaluate the performance of green marketing in the real estate industry in the forerunner district , the paper introduces an original questionaire consisting of 23 evaluation index which covers three aspects : social orientation , public effect , and service standard .

长沙市中心城区主要是向东扩展，近年来，随着长株潭一体化以及长沙市大河西先导区的开发进程，城市又出现了向南向西的扩展趋势。

The central city of Changsha was expanding eastward in recent years . With the integration of Changsha , Zhuzhou and Xiangtan City , and the development process of Hexi Pilot Area , the central city of Changsha moved in the south and west direction on the expansion trend .
