脑室炎

术后并发脑积水3例，脑室炎1例，硬膜下积液1例，给予相应治疗，均治愈。

Patients were complicated with hydrocephalus , 1 case with ventriculitis , and 1 with subdural effusion .

结果与手术有关的主要并发症有：颅内积气5例，硬膜下积液3例，Parinaud综合征3例，大脑后动脉损伤1例，术后脑膜脑室炎3例。

Results The complications were : pneumocephalus in 5 cases , subdura effusion in 6 cases , Parinaud 's syndrome in 3 cases , injury of posterior cerebral artery in 1 case and meningoencephalitis in 3 cases .

脑室膜炎组共穿刺27（平均2.3±1.5）人次，一次成功率为100%，其中2例酚红试验提示CSF循环阻塞；

Results Twenty seven ( mean 2.3 ± 1.5 ) person times of punctures were performed , by which 12 cases of ventriculitis were diagnosed in the group of purulent meningitis , and obstruction of cerebrospinal fluid circulation was suggested in 2 cases with ventriculitis during phenol red tests .

与此同时，在软脑膜、蛛网膜下腔、脑室及脑实质炎性病灶内，渗出的炎性细胞可见原位杂交阳性信号和免疫组化阳性染色颗粒，对照组未见炎性渗出。

Meanwhile , in the brain from the experiment rats , strong positive hybridization and immunoreactivity were observed in the infiltrated inflammatory cells in leptomeninges , subarachnoid cavity , ventricles and brain parenchyma .
