自愿解散-
法院可以受理并作出解散公司的处理，但必须以公司是否存在《公司法》第190条规定的三种自愿解散情形为标准；
Courts can hear the case of dissolving the corporation filed by the stockholders and make such a decision . However , such a decision must be based on whether the corporation has one of three situations of deliberate dissolution specified in Article 190 of Corporation Law .
