方法将1997-06～2004-06佛山市第二人民医院急性白血病前DIC患者36例，随机分成两组，微剂量肝素治疗组18例（A组），常规治疗组18例（B组）。
Methods 36 cases of acute leukemia with pre-DIC were divided into two groups , 18 cases were treated with micro-dosage heparin therapy ( group A ), 18 cases were treated with conventional therapy ( group B ) .
