近代中国高等教育地域非均衡布局考察

On the Non-balanced Geographical Distribution of Modern Higher Education Before the Founding of PRC

湖南要实现经济的跨越式发展，调整产业结构，协调区域经济内部的不均衡布局，就必须对高等职业教育加大改革力度。
