利用这16对引物组合对371株尖孢镰孢菌进行了PCR扩增，共扩增出123082条带，其中多态性标记53463条，占43.44%。

The 16 combinations were used to amplify the genomic DNA of 371 Fusarium oxysporum isolates collected in China . A total of 123082 AFLP bands were obtained , and 53463 of them covering 43.44 % , showed polymorphism .
