Results : GZD could lower the AC activity in yeast induced fever rat model ( P < 0.05 ), but cause rise of AC activity in aminopyrine induced hypothermia model ( P < 0.05 ) .

柴胡桂枝汤治疗临床总有效率95.6%,血清IgG浓度较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),IgG亚类缺陷纠正率71.4%。
The effective rate of the CGD group was 95.6 % . The IgG and IgG1 levels were increased after treatment as compared with before treatment ( P < 0.05 ), and the ISD correcting rate being 71.4 % .

结论:桂枝汤对高血压伴高体温复合病理状态,具有降低血压和解热的作用,对心肌和下丘脑组织中VIP含量亦具一定的调节作用。
Conclusion : Guizhi Tang can decrease blood pressure and has antipyretic effect on complex pathological model of hypertension with hyperpyrexia , and modulate VIP levels of cardiac muscle and hypothalamus tissues .
