方法：选择河北以岭医院门诊2000-03/2002-10确诊为运动神经元病的患者852例，随机分为治疗组710例和对照组142例，两组均住院治疗观察3个月。
METHODS : A total of 852 inpatients with diagnostic were selected from Hebei Yiling Hospital from August 2000 to October 2002.All patients were randomly divided into two groups , including 710 patients in treatment group and 142 ones in control group , with three-month treatment and observation in hospital .
