  1. 测定了苹果黑星病菌接种秦冠、富士和嘎啦三个苹果品种后植株叶片内POD、SOD、PPO和PAL四种酶活性的变化。

    Changes of enzyme activity of POD , SOD , PPO and PAL of 3 different resistant cultivars that were inoculated with pathogens and water were determined in different time .

  2. 秦冠苹果种子的总呼吸强度和EMP途径的呼吸强度在2℃条件下层积之后逐渐增加,解除休眠临界期大体在层积后第30天发生,此后增长速度较快。

    The total respiration and EMP-pathway increased gradually and the critical period occur on the 30th day in " Qinguan " apple seeds after stratification at 2 ℃, and then the total respiration and EMP went up rapidly .

  3. 苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性变化差别较大,秦冠的POD活性峰值是富士的182%,PAL活性峰值是富士的478%,均达到极显著差异。

    The activities of PAL and peroxidase ( POD ) were great different , the induced peaks of POD and PAL in resistant cultivar ( Qinguan ) was 182 % and 478 % higher than those in susceptible cultivar ( Fuji ) by inoculation , both reach very significant difference .

  4. 成熟过程中秦冠和富士叶绿素含量渐渐下降,类胡萝卜素含量先上升后下降,花青素始终呈上升。

    The chlorophyll content decreased gradually , anthocyanidin content increased at early stage , decreased afterwards , carotenoid content increase all along .

  5. 选用陕西省18个有代表性的苹果黑星病菌菌株分别接种秦冠、富士、嘎啦、红星和乔纳金等5个寄主品种进行致病力测定。

    Five apple cultivars were individually inoculated with 18 representative single spore isolates of Venturia inaequalis collected from main apple grown areas in Shaanxi province .
