其临床表现为三角肌、肱二头肌肌力下降至1～2级，肩部及上臂外侧感觉障碍，肱二头肌腱反射减弱或消失。

The clinical symptom included paresis of deltoid and / or biceps muscle s ( 1-2 grade ), sensory deficit in the shoulder area and weakness of tendon reflex of biceps muscle .

结果：PSS组起效快（3-10d），症状及浅感觉的改善非常显著，肌腱反射较慢，总有效率为97%。

Results revealed that the effect was fast ( 3-10 d ), symptoms , superficial sensation improved obviously , tendon reflexes improved slowly with total response rate 97 % in PSS group ;

常规组起效慢（>10d），而症状、浅感觉及肌腱反射改善均较慢，总有效率为80%，2组差别有显著意义（P<0.05）。

But that of control group was slow ( p > 10 d ), symptoms , superficial sensation , tendon reflexes improved slowly with total response rate 80 % . There was a significant difference of the two groups ( P < 0.05 ) .
