In this paper the phase transformations of cold die steels ( Cr12 , Cr12MoV ) during the cryogenic treatment by means of the X-ray diffraction experiments have been studied .

The results indicated that , under high speed dry friction , composite strengthened layer had the ability of reduce friction coefficient and increase wear-resisting . The abradability of treated sample with Cr12MoV + Cu composite coating increased four times more than that of untreated sample .
结果表明：高速滑动干摩擦下，复合强化层具有减摩耐磨性能，Cr12MoV+Cu复合强化后比未处理试样的耐磨性提高4倍以上。
