Results indicated the most volatiles could be captured from cured fish powder in 5 milliliter extraction bottle for 30 minutes at 35 ℃ with the 85 μ m polyacrylate ( PA ) fiber .

The experiment conditions for HS-SPME-GC-MS were that the extraction head was 85 μ m PAA fiber extraction head , the extraction time was 30 min , room temperature , and the desorbing time was 5 min. Three kinds of silicone emulsion were analyzed by this method .
