The research object of this paper is test and analysis of the latest next call center ( NGCC ) system .

本文研究对象为最新的下一代呼叫中心（NGCC）系统性能测试和分析。

According to the needs , we divide the NGCC management system into three subsystems , that is user management , call center management and knowledge database management subsystem .

Although the business integration complexity of this agent is not completely satisfied , this project has explored a new direction in design of agent for NGCC system to play its application advantages , also achieving innovation and research objectives of the projects of this type of practice .
