Anti-RNA antibodies ( ARNA ) were determined by dot-immunogold silver staining ( Dot-IGSS ) in 280 clinical serum samples .

The results suggest that injection of adenosine into the renal artery activates ARNA via adenosine receptors in anesthetized rabbits and that nitric oxide may be involved in regulating the activity of renal sensory nerve fibers as an inhibitory neurotransmitter .

以上结果提示，肾动脉内应用腺苷可兴奋肾传入纤维的自发放电活动，一氧化氮作为抑制性因素参与腺苷诱导的肾神经传入纤维兴奋。

The effect of intrarenal artery injection of bradykinin ( BK , 5 0 μ g / kg ) on multi and single unit recordings of afferent renal nerve activity ( ARNA ) was examined in anesthetized 48 rabbits .

Methods Bladder transitional cells were obtained from frozen bladder membrane sections and BTCC cells from frozen BTCC tissue sections by using LCM . RNA was extracted and about 120 ng RNA was linearly amplified in vitro , then 20 ug aRNA was obtained .

方法采用LCM技术分别从正常膀胱黏膜及膀胱癌组织冰冻切片中获取膀胱移行上皮细胞及癌细胞，提取RNA，并对120ng上皮细胞RNA进行线性扩增，获得aRNA20μg。
