Objective : To investigate the protecting effect of AA3 mixture on the intestinal mucosa barrier of experimental pancreatitis in severely acute pancreatitis ( SAP ) rats .

目的：观察中药合剂AA3在治疗重症胰腺炎（SAP）肠粘膜屏障缺血性损害及对抗肠源性感染导致的二次打击中的机制。

At different time points , the dynamic levels of cytochrome aa3 , cytochrome C , energy production and superoxide dismutase ( SOD ) in mitochondria of intestinal mucosa were determined .

在伤后1、2、6h，动态检测肠黏膜上皮细胞线粒体内细胞色素aa3、细胞色素C、能荷和超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）水平。

Conclusion : Salvia miltiorrhiza could enhance the levels of cytochrome aa3 , cytochrome C , energy production and SOD , which could obviously protect mitochondria function of intestinal mucosa and obviously reduce the oxygen radicals production .

结论：丹参能显著提高细胞色素aa3、细胞色素C、能荷和SOD水平；明显改善大鼠烧伤后肠黏膜上皮细胞线粒体呼吸功能及明显减少氧自由基的产生。
