All infants in three groups were given psychomotor development check and infant development test of Child Development Center of China ( CDCC ) at one year old .

三组均在1岁内定期回院由指定医生进行神经运动检查，1周岁进行中国婴幼儿智能发育测验。

All the groups were inspected with 52 neuromotor inspections test and with CDCC in the 1 ~ 2 year .

三组均于出生后定期接受体格发育监测和52项神经运动检查，并进行相应干预指导。在1-2岁间做智力（CDCC）检查。

Results The scores of mental and physical development indexes which were estimated by using CDCC as well as height and weight of infants in early nursing intervention group were significantly higher than those in control group .

结果干预组的精神发育指数（MDI）及运动发育指数（PDI）以及身高与体重显著高于对照组。

All infants in the two groups were examined and evaluated for physical build , nutritional status and neurodevelopment regularly . Intelligence test was conducted with CDCC at 6 months , 12 months and 18 months after birth .

两组婴幼儿定期进行体格发育、营养状况及神经发育评估，并于生后6个月、12个月、18个月用婴幼儿智力发育测验量表进行智力测试。

Follow up of neurological development : Neurological development was evaluated by ' CDCC ' method when the infants were 6 months . The results were including Mental Developmental Index ( MDI ) and Psych-motor Developmental Index ( PDI ) .

神经发育随访：于生后6个月对窒息儿用婴幼儿发育量表（CDCC法）进行神经发育检查，结果以智力发育指数（MDI），心理发育指数（PDI）表示。

Methods : The relationship of CT degree in 4 ~ 7 days after birth , clinical manifestation and the mental measurment result in 1 ~ 3 years after birth were observed carefully , the mental development index was divided into different degree after measured by CDCC scale .

方法：观察120例缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿生后4～7天头颅CT分度与其临床表现及生后1～3年智力测定结果（采用CDCC量表测量智力发育指数（MDI）后分度）之间的关系。
