Objective To study the changes of cellular immune function in rats with implanted liver tumor after electrochemotherapy ( EChT ) .

目的了解大鼠种植型肝癌电化学治疗（EChT）后细胞免疫功能状态的改变。

Conclusion : EChT is a safe , effective , less traumatic , quick recovery , easy to manipulate and acceptable new therapy for the tongue hemangioma .

结论：电化学治疗舌血管瘤是目前一项新的治疗方法，其安全、有效、创伤小、恢复快、操作方便，易于为患者接受，是治疗舌血管瘤行之有效的方法。

Conclusions : Within 6 hours of low mA EchT , the rate of apoptosis and the percentage of cell cycle did not change obviously , but 24 hours after EchT changed obviously .

结论：低毫安电化学治疗在6小时内对肝癌细胞凋亡率及对细胞周期的影响不明显，24小时后凋亡率及细胞周期变化明显。

Methods Serum cytokines expression level , including IL 2 , sIL 2R , IL 6 , TNF α, were measured using immune kits before and after EChT . The data were compared with those of the control group .
