Conclusion Rat models of hypophyseal compression can be established successfully by the described procedure , and the compression results in alteration of the rats ' metabolic behaviors , which may differ from the effects of hypophysectomy and damage of pituitary stalk .
结论通过咽旁入路将自体肌肉填塞入垂体窝可以建立大鼠的垂体压迫模型。垂体压迫后动物的生物学特征发生了改变,并且与垂体切除、垂体柄损伤等模型具有差异。
