In this paper , the soft competition learning algorithms ( SCLA ) of RBF neural networks are designed .

本文构造了径向基函数（RBF）神经网络的一类软竞争学习算法（SCLA）。

Command layer , coordinate layer and execute layer are the three layers of SCLA from up to down . Instruction communication and self-configuration strategy are adopted by SCLA to achieve synergic mission .

系统由上而下分成三层：指挥层、协调层和执行层，采用指令通信模式和自适应重组的策略来实现协作任务。

SCLA are soft competition schemes of the learning algorithms , in which the center vectors are trained based on the k means algorithm , and can remedy the problems of the dead node and the sensitivity to initial weight vectors that the latter algorithms have .
