Objectives : To study the effects of Yin Zhi Huang ( YZH ) and Gan Fu Tai ( GFT ) on patients with virus hepatitis .

METHODS : After YZH mixed with infusion fluid under room temperature , the contents of baicalin were determined with UV-spectrophotometry at different time periods within 24h , the apperance was observed , the pH values of baicalin were detected and identified by TLC .

方法：在室温下，采用紫外分光光度法测定配伍后24h内不同时间黄苓苷的含量，并观察外观性状、测定pH值，进行薄层色谱鉴别。
