1例有症状性低血压；1例发展为缩窄性心包炎。普罗帕酮有1例出现症状性低血压，1例出现第一度房室传导阻滞，无心衰加重表现。
In fenopraine group , 1 patients developed symptomatic hypotension , and 1 had the first degree atrioventricular conduct block without congestive heart failure worsening .

术后1例发生一度房室传导阻滞，9例发生三度房室传导阻滞，其中2例为持续性，并于2周后安装了永久起搏器。
ⅰ° atrial ventricular block occurred in 1 case post-operation , ⅲ° atrial ventricular block occurred in 9 cases and 2 of them with sustained required pacemaker implantation .
