【 Methods 】 April to November of 2004,70 samples taken from Mycoplasma pneumonia infection patients were smeared and observed under TH-photoelectric microscope . Diagnosis was made when living Mycoplasmas pneumonia were found in cytoplasma of columnar epithelium .
