目的通过测定急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者血浆中神经内分泌激素水平，探讨AMI后神经内分泌系统的激活与心功能的关系。

Objective To investigate the relation between plasma neurohormones and heart function in patients after acute myocardial infarction ( AMI ) .
