    Objective : To study preimplantation of embryo blastomeres with X , Y dual color probes , and to search the clinical value of fluorescent in situ hybridization ( FISH ) in preimplantation diagnosis .

  2. 检查②类胚胎26枚,其中7枚胚胎内每个分裂球都含有细胞核,其余的胚胎至少都有一个分裂球内没有细胞核,检查显示有个别胚胎细胞核存在于透明带内的碎片中;

    There are 7 embryos which each blastomeres contents nuclei in the 26 embryos of ( 2 ) group ;

  3. 在鳙鱼胚胎发育的几个早期阶段,作者观察到在胚盘、分裂球和囊胚层细胞与卵黄这种重要物质之间有某种有机联系。

    The authors have observed that the blastoderm , the blastomeres and the blastula cells have intimate relation with the yolk which plays a very important part in the development of the embryo .

  4. 检查③类胚胎30枚,其中只有2枚6细胞期胚胎内每个分裂球中都含有细胞核,其余大部分胚胎内,只有1个或2个分裂球含有细胞核。

    Only 2-6 cells stage embryos which each blastomeres contents nuclei in the 30 embryos of ( 3 ) group , of the most else embryos of ( 3 ) group only one or two blastomeres content nuclei .

  5. 2083胚的发生机制主要为卵细胞先自行分裂,形成球胚,但也有卵细胞和极核同步发育的现象存在。

    The embryo genesis mechanism in 2083 was that the egg cell divided firstly , forming a globe-like embryo , but there was a phenomenon of synchronous development for egg cell and polar nuclei also .
