  1. 结果证明,T细胞大多集中在动脉周围淋巴鞘,其中也杂有少数B淋巴细胞。

    The results indicate that the T cells are mostly located in the periarterial lymphatic sheath , and in which a few B lymphocytes can be seen .

  2. 脾脏中的脾小体亦增大,动脉周围淋巴鞘增厚。

    The splenic corpuscles were enlarged and periarterial lymphatic sheath thickened in spleen .

    In the spleen , the NK cells mainly located in the germinal center of splenic nodules and in the periphery of white pulp .

  4. 结果:实验组脾组织内可见大量的凋亡细胞,脾组织MHCⅡ类抗原高表达,动脉周围淋巴鞘MHCⅡ类抗原阳性细胞显著多于对照组;

    RESULTS : Compared with the control group , the increased expression of MHC II antigen and apoptosis were found in the splenic lymphocytes in the VMC group .

  5. 结果发现胎儿脾内T、B淋巴细胞集聚是沿血管分布的,开始为集落样,随着淋巴细胞不断增加,则分别发育为脾小结和动脉周围淋巴鞘。

    The results indicated that T and B cells accumulated around the arterioles in the early fetal spleen , which looked like a small colony on cross section of arteriole . Following the increase of lymphocytes , the colonies gradually developed to splenic nodule or peripheral lymphatic sheath separately .
