本文以Morlet小波分析诊断为主，综合应用连续滑动T检验及M-K秩检验等方法分析了博州四个代表气象站1958～2004年的逐日最高气温与逐月平均气温资料。

The data of the daily extreme high temperature and the summer mean air temperature from 1958 ~ 2004 at 4 meteorological stations over Bole region is analyzed mainly by Morlet Wavelet Analysis , the Detection of Successive moving t-test technique and the Man-kendall rank .

通过对博州40a4～9月份近200个局地暴雨和冰雹天气个例进行了综合分析研究，依据局地暴雨和冰雹天气过程发生、发展过程中大气能量的积累、转换和爆发的规律。

对博州天然草地进行的定点对比调查显示，草地退化主要表现在植被成分的变化，产量及覆盖度的变化受降水影响更大。

After investigating and comparing the natural grassland on fixed spots in Bortala , it was found that the change of the vegetation composition was the chief manifestation of grassland degradation , the yield and coverage were mainly affected by precipitation .

结果表明，博州年平均气温、平均最高气温、平均最低气温均呈上升趋势，而且平均最低气温上升的幅度远大于平均最高气温的上升幅度。

The results show that the mean annual , maximum and minimum temperatures in the prefecture have been in an increase trend since recent 46 years , and the increase of the mean minimum temperature is much higher than that of the maximum one .
