目的：为内镜下副胰管插管、十二指肠小乳头切开等提供解剖学基础。

Objective : To explore the anatomical basis for the cannulation and sphincterotomy via the minor duode - nal papilla under the endoscope .

大、小乳头开口连线与十二指肠纵襞纵轴线的夹角为（20.80±9.40）°。

Angle between longitudinal line of longitudinal fold of duodenum and intervenient line of major and minor duodenal papilla was ( 20.80 ± 9.40 )° .

增生的小血管呈乳头状突向肺泡腔内；

鼠尾胶原的浓度越高，胶原凝胶的收缩程度越小；而毛乳头细胞和毛囊上皮细胞的浓度对胶原凝胶收缩的影响则恰好相反，浓度越高，胶原凝胶的收缩程度越大。

The contraction of collagen gel was negatively related to the concentration of rat tail collagen , while the concentration of dermal papilla cells and hair follicle epithelium cells was positively related to the contraction of collagen gel .
