所有病例血清及脑脊液（CSF）检查快速血浆反应素环状卡片试验（RPR）、梅毒螺旋体明胶凝集试验（TPHA）均阳性。

[方法]对2002年当地15～50岁居民及2003～2004年该县门诊就诊者，进行血清RPR检验（快速血浆反应素环状卡片试验）。

[ Methods ] The vein bloods of the residents in this area from 15 to 50 years old in 2002 and the patients of the outpatient department in 2003 and 2004 were collected and conducted the rapid plasma reagin circle card test .

结果26例无症状先天性梅毒患儿血清梅毒螺旋体血球凝集试验（TPPA）全部阳性，滴度高于他们的母亲4倍以上，有8例患儿同时伴梅毒快速血浆反应素环状卡片试验（RPR）阳性。

Results : 26 infants with asymptomatic congenital syphilis all had the positive antibody of syphilis by treponema pallidum agglutination Assay ( TPPA ), their titres were higher 4 folds than their mother 's , and 8 infants complicated with positive rapid plasma reagin circle card test ( RPR ) .

血、脑脊液中快速血浆反应素环状卡片试验及梅毒明胶颗粒凝集试验均阳性。

The rapid plasma regain ( RPR ) and Treponema pallidum Particle Agglutination ( TPPA ) test of both serum and CSF samples of nine patients were all positive .
