目的探讨运用物理治疗的方法治疗血友病性慢性滑膜炎。

Objective : To study the effects of comprehensive physiotherapy on chronic synovitis of hemophilia .

目的：探讨膝关节慢性滑膜炎CT表现及分型。

To discuss the manifestation and classification of the chronic gonarthromeningitis in Computer Tomograph ( CT ) .

目的：类风湿性关节炎（RA）为滑膜增殖性病变，进而形成慢性滑膜炎，破坏关节软骨，导致进行性的关节破坏和功能障碍。

Objective : Rheumatoid arthritis ( RA ) forms synovial proliferative lesion , afterwards causes chronic synovial inflammation and destruction of the articular cartilage , which can eventually lead to the progressive damage of the joints and functional disability .

所有病例均于术后2个月左右恢复正常体育活动，无急慢性滑膜炎出现。

All the patients recovered to normal physical exercise at 2 months postoperation .

结论综合物理治疗对血友病性慢性滑膜炎的疼痛和关节肿胀有显著缓解作用，而肌肉萎缩的改善需要更长时间的训练。

Conclusion : Comprehensive physiotherapy has a good effect on pain and swelling of joint relieving on hemophilic chronic synovitis , muscle around the joint need a relative long term exercises to become more strengthened .

方法10例诊断为血友病性慢性滑膜炎的患者接受为期4周的综合物理治疗，比较治疗前后疼痛、关节肿胀程度和肌肉萎缩程度的变化。

Method : 10 patients with chronic synovitis of hemophilia were treated by comprehensive physiotherapy for 4 weeks . Pain , swelling of joint and muscle atrophy around the joint were assessed before and after the treatment .

目的：中西药合用治疗膝关节慢性创伤性滑膜炎对照研究。

Objective : Contrast study on chronic traumatic synovitis of knee joint treated by the combination of Chinese and western medicine .

方法在关节镜下行膝关节滑膜刨削术治疗滑膜炎47例，其中慢性非特异性滑膜炎21例，类风湿性滑膜炎12例，结核性滑膜炎6例，色素绒毛结节性滑膜炎8例。

Methods Fourty seven children with synovitis of knee were treated with arthroscopic synovectomy , 21 cases were chronic non-specific synovitis , 12 rheumatoid arthritis , 6 tuberculosis of synovium and 8 pigmented villonodular synovitis .
