方法：采用免疫组化方法，检测15例健康人、32例成人牙周炎（AP）和12例青少年牙周炎（JP）患者牙龈的EGFR表达。

METHODS : The expression of EGFR was determined by using immunohistochemical techniques in gingival tissue of 15 healthy individual , 32 cases with adult periodontitis ( AP ) and 12 cases with juvenile periodontitis ( JP ) .

免疫组化结果显示：15例成人牙周炎组牙龈组织中MMP-2在炎性结缔组织中较正常牙龈阳性表达，而且经图像分析较正常牙龈组织MMP-2阳性细胞表达显著增强（P<0.005）。

By immunohistochemical method we observed that in chronically inflamed human gingiva MMP-2 was expressed in connective tissue and the expression of positive staining cells for MMP-2 was markedly higher than that of healthy gingiva ( P < 0.005 ) .

结果：早发性牙周炎患者和成人牙周炎患者的血清中抗牙龈卟啉菌脂多糖IgG抗体水平显著高于牙周健康者（P<0.01），而在早发性牙周炎患者和成人牙周炎患者之间无显著差异（P>0.05）。

RESULTS : Serum IgG antibody levels against P.gingivalis LPS in EOP and AP patients were significantly higher than that of healthy subjects ( P < 0.01 ), but there was no significant difference between early-onset periodontitis and adult periodontitis groups ( P > 0.05 ) .

方法选择成人牙周炎患者11例，每例患者口内至少有两个部位真性牙周袋≥4mm，共统计33颗牙，198个牙位点。

Methods : GCF was collected from 44 sites of 23 patients with adult periodontitis . The volume of GCF was measured with Periotron 8000 . GCF GPx activity was determined by DTNB methods before and after treatment , and the periodontal parameters GI , PD and AL were recorded .

结果15例成人牙周炎组牙龈组织中MMP2在上皮内及上皮下的炎性组织中均有阳性表达，而且阳性率明显高于正常牙龈（P<0.05）；TIMP1在牙周炎以及正常的牙龈组织中表达无明显差异。

Results The expressions of MMP 2 in epithelial layer and under epithelial layer connective tissues were significantly higher in inflamed periodontal tissues than in clinically healthy tissues , but for the levels of TIMP 1 there were not different between inflamed periodontal tissues and healthy gingival .
