本实验旨在探索磷霉素和多粘菌素B混合鼓室注射对耳用的影响。

Abstract The protective effect fosfomycin ( FOM ) by intratympanic injection against polymycin B ( PB ) ototoxicity was reported .

结论磷霉素与14种抗菌药物分别联用对MRS具有协同抗菌作用，尤其能够提高头孢唑林、阿米卡星、氧氟沙星对MRS的杀菌速度。

Conclusion Synergistic antibacterial effects was observed in fosfomycin in combination with 14 antibacterials against MRS.

结论磷霉素钠治疗新生儿RTI疗效确切。

Conclusion The effect of sodium fosfomycin on the RTI is reliable .

其中耐药率最高的是多黏菌素B，达65.2%；诺氟沙星、头孢噻肟、磷霉素、林可霉素和呋喃妥因的耐药率也较高，均在30.0%以上。

The resistance rate of Polymyxin B is highest , up to 65.2 % . The resistance rate of Norfloxacin Cefotaxime , Fosfomycin , Lincomycin , and Nitrofurantoin is more than 30.0 % .

【结论】铁螯合剂落叶松皮素通过促进铜绿假单胞菌IV型菌毛颤搐运动，影响该菌生物膜的发育，同时在某种程度上可减弱生物膜菌对磷霉素的耐药性。

【 Conclusions 】 Iron chelator maltol affects the development of Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilm and can decrease biofilm bacterial resistance to fosfomycin to some extent .
