肺段切除术

目的：为右肺肺段切除术寻找肺段段间平面提供解剖学基础。

Objective : To provide anatomic basis for seeking for intersegmental plane of bronchopulmonary segments in segmentectomy of right lung .

右肺肺段间平面在肺段切除术中的意义

Intersegmental plane of bronchopulmonary segments and its significance in the segmentectomy of right lung

方法回顾性分析电视胸腔镜下肺叶（或加肺段）切除术治疗24例支气管扩张症的临床资料。

[ Methods ] Retrospective analysis was performed to 24 cases treated by lobectomy under VATS .

结论电视胸腔镜下肺叶（或加肺段）切除术治疗支气管扩张症是一种安全、有效的治疗方法，值得进一步实践、研究。

[ Conclusion ] Lobectomy under VATS in the treatment of bronchiectasis is safe and effective , it need to be further practised and studied .

结论：尖前切迹、中副裂、底前副裂能分离出段间平面，是肺段分界的表面标志，可作为肺段切除术的手术入路。

Conclusion : Through separating anterior apex notch ," middle accessory fissure " and " basal-anterior accessory fissure ", could be shown and those intersegmental planes are the surface landmarks of bronchopulmonary segmental demarcation line and approaches of segmentectomy of lung .
