方法1993年6月～2002年3月，收治11例腕关节骨内肿物患者，经手术证实为骨内腱鞘囊肿。①目的探讨髋周骨内腱鞘囊肿的X线和CT表现及其诊断价值。

Methods Eleven cases of carpal bone cystic lesions were treated from June 1993 to March 2002 . All of them were proved to be intraosseous ganglion . Objective To study the X-ray and CT features of intraosseous ganglion cysts surrounding hip joint and their diagnostic value .

结果：MRI可以清楚显示四肢类风湿性关节炎的滑膜增生、软骨关节面破坏、骨性关节面侵蚀及骨内囊肿形成、韧带及关节囊增厚、腱鞘积液及关节变形等所造成的形态和信号改变。

Results : The manifestations of MR signal intensity and shape of rheumatoid arthritis which were caused by synovial hyperplasis , articular cartilage destruction , bony erosion , intraosseous cyst , ligment and joint capsule thickening , and the fluid accumulated in tendon sheath were clearly showed by MRI .

Methods After the tendon defect were repaired by allogenous tendon grafts in 37 digits of 23 cases , ( 2 ~ 4 ) mL SHP was spread on the tendon sheath and repair it . Functional training was performed as early as 72 hours postoperatively .
