目的观察活动舌弓+再曲簧临床扩弓效果，寻找一种简便、有效，尤其对下颌牙弓更理想的扩弓方法。

Objective Observe the clinical effect of removable lingual arch plus auxiliary spring for convenient dental ( especially mandibular ) arch expansion .

其中上颌扩弓者9例，下颌扩弓者8例，随机分为两组，分别采用活动舌弓+再曲簧和四眼簧进行扩弓，比较两组的扩弓效果。

The patients were divided to two groups at random for arch expansion with removable lingual arch plus auxiliary spring and with Quad-helix , respectively , and the effect of arch expansion was compared between the two groups .

方法：改良传统悬雍垂腭咽成形术手术方法，维持咽腔正常生理解剖形态，保留悬雍垂，沿腭舌弓切口向软腭方向做斜行直切口，避免倒U型切口。
