修院原地址在北京市郊淀海区，西北旺村，东北旺公社，借用基督教会果树园九排矮小平房建院。
The seminary was first located in the north-west of Beijing , Xibeiwang Village , Dongbeiwang Commune , using nine rows of low houses built in an orchard of the Protestants .
