风湿性二尖瓣关闭不全

目的评价二尖瓣瓣膜成形术（MVP）对非风湿性二尖瓣关闭不全的疗效。

Objective Assessment of the results of mitral valve repair in patients with severe mitral regurgitation of nonrheumatic etiology .

结果：①慢性风湿性二尖瓣关闭不全心肌间质明显增生，其纤维化程度约为正常的3.28～3.72倍；

Results : ① Myocardium interstitium hyperplasia markedly in RMR myocardium and the degree of fibrosis was as 3.28 ~ 3.72 times as normally .

风湿性二尖瓣狭窄伴关闭不全的射血波是C1C2波型，而高血压病、病毒性心肌炎和冠心病的射血波是ICC波型；

Ejection wave of rheumatic mitral regurgitation with stenosis is mostly C1 C2 waveform , while that of hypertension , virus myocarditis and coronary heart diseas is mostly IC C ;

目的通过多谱勒超声心动图无创监测手段，了解风湿性二尖瓣狭窄/关闭不全时肺动脉压力变化情况及其相关性因素。

Objective To study the changes in pulmonary artery systolic pressure and the related factors in patients with rheumatic mitral valve disease by color Doppler echocardiography .
