飘过的云-
仰望着空中轻轻飘过的云，莫非那就是我脱离尘世而游离不定的心？
Looking up at the cloud blowing past softly , I wonder if that is my heart escaping the mundane world which keeps drifting about in the air .

不要追随念头，也不要迎接它；就如海洋看着自己的波浪，或如天空向下凝视着飘过的云。
Neither follow thoughts nor invite them ; be like the ocean looking at its own waves , or the sky gazing down on the clouds that pass across it .

Your goal is not to get rid of your thoughts , but rather to witness each thought as it comes and goes , like clouds passing in the sky .
