背景：1971年Fontan等首次应用Fontan手术治疗三尖瓣闭锁获得成功，后来该手术被广泛应用于治疗单一功能心室的多种复杂先天性心脏病。

Background : In 1971 , Fontan procedure was first introduced to treat tricuspid atresia successfully . It is nowadays widely used where a patient only has a single effective ventricular , which is due to various complex congenital heart disease .

心内畸形共65处，TTE漏诊1处（三尖瓣闭锁），TTE诊断准确率985%。

There were 65 intracardiac deformities , 1 missed by TTE . The definite diagnosis rate of TTE was 98.5 % .

方法：将10例接受改良Bjork手术的三尖瓣闭锁患儿与同期接受其它房坦（Fontan）手术的7例三尖瓣闭锁患儿进行比较。

Methods : Ten patients who underwent the modified Bjork procedure and 7 patients who underwent other modified Fontan procedures were compared .

总共发现单心室、心内膜垫缺损及三尖瓣闭锁并大动脉转位等严重的胎儿先天性心脏病16例。

16 cases with severe congenital heart diseases were discovered and confirmed .
