从干地黄中分离鉴定了系列脂肪酸，β-谷甾醇，棕榈酸，丁二酸，葫萝卜甙及S8环状化合物，后四种成分在干地黄中属首次报道。

方法用80%的乙醇将干地黄煎剂分成A（醇溶性部分）、B（醇不溶性部分）两大部分，采用无水乙醇型和慢性乙酸型胃溃疡模型进行观察。

Methods The DRR decoction was divided into A ( section which dissolved in ethanol ) and B ( undissolvable section ) by 80 % ethanol . The absolute ethanol-induced gastric mucosal damage model and the chronic acetate-induced gastric ulcer one were used .

【结果】①胃饲6g·kg-1干地黄煎剂或提取物A均能显著保护胃粘膜免受随后给予无水乙醇2mL所致的损伤；
