以虎掌（Pinelliapedatisecta）下胚轴、子叶和秦美猕猴桃（Actinidiadeliciosa（Qinmei））叶片、叶柄等外植体为材料，开展其组织培养和植株再生的研究。

The tissue culture and plant generation were studied in the present paper by using hypocotyls and cotyledons of Pinellia pedatisecta and the leaves and petioles of Actinidia deliciosa ( Qinmei ) .

Gas chromatography analysis indicated that the hydrolyzed polysaccharide contains arabinose , mannose , glucose and galactose . Their mole ratio is 0.8:4:13.4:3.4 .

利用单因素法探寻虎掌菌多糖的沉淀最佳工艺参数为：浓缩比4：1，乙醇终浓度为70%时，多糖沉淀率最高。

Using single-factor experiment to explore optimum parameters of polysaccharides precipitation . When concentrated ratio is 4:1 , ethanol final concentration is 70 % , polysaccharides precipitation rate is the highest .

结果表明，利用该方法能有效的鉴别半夏与其伪品水半夏，但能否鉴别其近缘品种虎掌半夏或白附子还有待进一步研究。

Results show that using this method is effective in identifying pinellia ternata water and pinellia ternata , but able to identify its relative of pinellia ternate-Pinellia pedatisecta Schott , or rhizoma typhonii is subject to further study .
