Infiltration of neutrophiles were observed in spleen 6 HPI , the number of lymphocytes of spleen decreased 24 HPI , then congestion , haemorrhage and necrosis with proliferation of reticuloendothelial fibrin were observed in the spleen 85h .
脾脏6h嗜中性粒细胞浸润，24h淋巴细胞数量大量减少，48h开始出现充血出血坏死，出血坏死面积逐渐增大，网状纤维逐渐增生。
