OBJECTIVE : To observe the effects of 2 CAdo adenosine receptor excitant on genetic expression of bcl 2 , Bax of hippocampal cells in epileptic rats and further probe into the mechanism of adenosine on anti convulsion and brain protection .

目的：观察腺苷受体激动剂2-CAdo对癫痫大鼠海马神经细胞bcl-2，Bax基因表达的影响，进一步探讨腺苷抗惊厥及脑保护的作用机制。
