目的：探讨静脉输注长链或中长链脂肪酸脂肪乳剂对急性坏死性胰腺炎（ANP）大鼠血浆脂质介质及胰腺病理改变的影响。

Objectives : To investigate the effects of intravenous LCT or MCT / LCT fat emulsions on the lipid mediators and pancreatic histological changes in ANP rats .

余3组均行胆总管结扎术：B组为经口饮食对照组，C、D组分别给予以长链（LCT）或中长链脂肪酸（MCT/LCT）为脂肪来源的TPN。
