仲裁期限

第三十二条当事人没有在仲裁规则规定的期限内约定仲裁庭的组成方式或者选定仲裁员的，由仲裁委员会主任指定。

Article 32 If the parties fail , within the time limit prescribed by the Arbitration Rules , to select the form of the constitution of the arbitration tribunal or fail to select the arbitrators , the arbitrators shall be appointed by the chairman of the arbitration commission .

第四十一条仲裁委员会应当在仲裁规则规定的期限内将开庭日期通知双方当事人。

Article 41 The arbitration commission shall notify the two parties within the time limit provided by the Arbitration Rules of the date of the hearing .

被申请人收到仲裁申请书副本后，应当在仲裁规则规定的期限内向仲裁委员会提交答辩书。

Upon receipt of a copy of the arbitration application , the respondent shall , within the time limit prescribed by the arbitration rules , submit its defence to the arbitration commission .
