共同海损补偿

被抛弃的货物，除按照公认的海运习惯运送者外，不得作为共同海损受到补偿。

No jettison of cargo shall be made good as general average , unless such cargo is carried in accordance with the recognised custom of the trade .

货物之价值，于托运时为不实之声明，使声明价值与实在价值不同者，其共同海损牺牲之补偿额以金额低者为准，分担价值以金额高者为准。

The cargo being sacrificed which value have been wrongfully declared on shipment at a value which is different from their real value , shall be contributed for at the lower value , but shall contribute upon the higher value .

只有当搬移、卸载、储存、重装和积载货物、燃料或物料的费用可认作共同海损时，由于各该措施而造成的货物、燃料或物料的损失才应作为共同海损受到补偿。

Damage to or loss of cargo , fuel or stores caused in the act of handling , discharging , storing , reloading and stowing shall be made good as general average , when and only when the cost of those measures respectively is admitted as general average .
