Based on reviewing the key concept of institution-legitimacy and network embeddedness , we analyze the influence of internationalization degree on enterprise performance from the three dimensions of legitimacy : standard legitimacy , regulation legitimacy and cognitive legitimacy , and put forward the theoretical assumption .
