结果毕业分配制度改革后医科大学生的心理问题明显多于改革前，改革前有心理障碍的在校生占11.9%，改革后上升到14.8%（P<0.05）；
Results 14.8 % had mental disorder , which were more than the students before the reform ( 11.9 % , P < 0.05 ) .

目的了解毕业分配制度改革前后医科大学生心理健康状况，以便为在新的形势下有针对性地开展高校学生心理健康教育提供依据。
Objective To assess the mental health status of medical students before and after reform of graduating allotting system and to provide evidence for mental health education in college .
